Exchange, return and refund

Enter all important data, such as CPF, name and order number, full name and contact telephone numbers. We would be very happy to know the reason for the return, although this is at your discretion.
As soon as we receive the order, we will send you an email informing you how the process of sending the product must be done so that this amount is not charged to you, with the post office reverse logistics procedure.
As soon as we receive the product, and verify that it is in the proper conditions in which it was delivered, in the box that was sent, we will cancel the chargeback with the credit operator. This may not be an automatic process, so the chargeback may only be credited to your next bill depending on your credit card provider.
If payment was made in cash, via pix or boleto, it will be credited to the informed account within 05 working days.

Product exchange:

The customer will be able to exchange for any product available for sale on the website, regardless of the category  or collection. The exchange is conditioned to the availability of the Product in stock. The deadline for requesting the exchange of items, even in cases where there is no defect or defect in the Product, is 30 consecutive days, counting from the delivery date.
